About Rock Dust

FCRD is comprised completely of crushed volcanic basaltic rock dust from Fishers Creek, Queensland.
FCRD is a certified soil amendment for organic farmers, environmentally friendly and completely odourless.
Biological Farmers Australia has approved FCRD as a registered product; allowed input 10388AI

Replenishes the mineral and nutrient content of weathered soils as
it contains micronutrients not found in commercial NPK fertilisers.
*
Causes phenomenal growth of micro-organisms and raises the
moisture and nutrient capacity of the soil.
*
Improves resistance to insects, disease, fungus frost and drought.
*
Reduces acidity and sodicity in soils, replacing the need for
separate applications of Lime and Gypsum.
*
Is effective after only one application and need not be frequently
re-applied as it contains sustained-release properties.

Recommended application rates:
100 g per square metre for lawns.
200 g per square metre for roses, veggies, and fruit trees.
